These terms apply to your use of swappointyard.com and to services from A & E Investment Group, LLC, doing business as SwapPoint Truck Yard ("SwapPoint," "we," "us"), located at 3447 S FM 2869, Hawkins, TX 75765.

Services

SwapPoint offers gated truck parking and drop-trailer parking. Our transfer dock is not open yet; any dock services shown on this site are coming soon. Prices, availability and services shown on this site may change. A quote is not a reservation until we confirm it.

Parking agreement

Monthly, drop-trailer and account customers sign a written parking agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

Use of the yard

Parking is at the owner's risk. SwapPoint provides space only and does not take custody of any vehicle, trailer or cargo.
Follow posted yard rules and keep your gate code private.
No hazardous materials unless approved in writing, no fueling, no repairs beyond minor ones, and no dumping.
Vehicles left past the paid term, or in violation of the rules, may be charged or towed at the owner's expense as allowed by Texas law.

Payments

Online bookings are paid at checkout. Account customers are billed per their agreement. Late balances may suspend gate access.

SMS / text message terms

Program: SwapPoint Truck Yard customer notifications.

What you'll receive: texts about your quote, booking, gate access, reminders and account. If you separately opt in, occasional updates about availability.

How to join: enter your mobile number and check the SMS consent box on our quote or booking form.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You'll get one final message confirming you're unsubscribed.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, SwapPoint is not liable for theft, damage or loss of any vehicle, trailer or cargo, or for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

Information on this site is provided as is. Don't misuse the site or try to access it in unauthorized ways.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue is Wood County, Texas.
